高浊度水的结团凝聚处理方法
PELLET COAGULATION TREATMENT OF HIGH TURBIDITY WATER
【摘要】 本文介绍了结团凝聚法处理高浊度水的工艺,指出在处理装置冲形成致密化结团絮凝体是该工艺在净化效率、泥渣脱水性能等方面优于其它工艺的根本原因,合理地控制投药条件并依靠高体积浓度悬浮层中颗粒间的摩擦、挤压作用改变絮凝体的构造形态,是结团絮凝体形成的主要机理。试验研究结果表明该工艺具有推广运用价值,可成为开发利用高浊度水源的一种新方法。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a pellet coagulation unit to purify high turbidity water is introduced. It is shown that this kind of treatment process is superior to conventional treatment processes in purification efficiency and solid-liquid seperation property. All these advantages stem the well agglomerated pellet floes which are formed mainly by rational use of polymer and compulsive agitation in suspended pellet blanket of high volumetric concentratioa The robbing force and pressing force inside the suspended blanket enable primary particles to agglomerate in regular manner, making pellet floe much denser.Theoretical analysis and experimental facts explain the essential between the mechanism of pellet formation and that of conventional flocculatioaPilot results predict the applicability of pellet coagulation in field treatment plants. It may become a new technique in water resource in China.
