葡萄果粒生长及影响果粒含糖量因素的研究
THE FACTORS WHICH INFLUENCE THE SUGAR CONTENT AND WEIGHT OF GRAPE BERRY
【摘要】 葡萄的新梢有二次生长,果粒重量、体积、含糖量有二次增长的生物学特性。果粒第一次生长的营养物质主要由前期营养旺盛生长期中形成的叶片所提供;果粒第二次生长中,含糖量、重量及体积都同时增长。果粒的重量特别是含糖量受气候因子的影响,产量与含糖量呈负相关。栽培措施对提高含糖量的效果不超过2%。
【Abstract】 The grape berry has the character of growing two times. After the berry begin coloring or softening during the second time of growth, the sugar content and weight increase significantly at the same time. So that the delayed harvest can largly increase sugar content and berry weight. Under the condition of these experiments, the highest sugar content will be obtained, when the yield in 20t/hec.The correlation coeficient between sugar content and yield is R=-0.18. Both higher and lower yields would decrease sugar content. In meteorological phenomena, both heavy rainfall and≥35℃ high temperature during the maturaing period are the most important factors that influence sugar content. The correlation coefficiant is as high as R=0.8. When rainfall is <233mm, the sugar content will be highest, but the berry weight is decreased. The situation will contrary when the rainfall is>350mm. With severel days of ≥35℃ high temperature combined with >350mm rainfall, the sugar content will hearly stop increasing. Many experiments indicate that the effect of cultural operation, including N,K fertilizer, Shoot number per vine and etc is limited for increasing sugar content, but not berry weight. By infering from the complex coefficient between meteorological phenomena, sugar content and yield, the effect of increasing sugar content by culture operation is not over 2%, R=0.02. With 25℃ temperature, 3.83mm/day rainfall and 6.85 sunlight/hour for standard parameter, the results of analysis are guite satisfactory.
