【摘要】 二例左心室穿通伤者,一例于伤后45分钟入院.抢救成活后第4天死于脑组织损伤;一例伤后10分钟入院经抢救痊愈出院。强调早期抢救应迅速建立多条静脉输液通道,以晶体液及全血扩容,紧急开胸修补心脏裂口。术后继续心电监护。综合治疗,以尽早解除脑水肿及组织器官缺血缺氧状态。结合文献,对诊断、手术处理及治疗原则进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 One of the two patients with left ventricle rupture was sent into the hospital 45 minutes after the wound, and then died of the damage of brain tissue after surviving through the rescue. And the other was sent into the hospital 10 minutes after his injury and discharged from it after his full recovery following the urgent rescue . For the emphasis on early rescue, several vein infusion canals should be quickly determined, crystal fluid and whole blood be taken as extender , and an emergent cutting of chest be made to repair the heart split . After operation, electrocardiogram supervision should be continued and combining therapy be taken so that the state of lacking oxygen and blood of tissue organs, and hydrocephalus can disappear as soon as possible.更多还原
