丙酸睾丸酮对早孕妇女蜕膜和绒毛表面结构的影响——扫描电镜观察

【摘要】 本研究使用扫描电镜观察丙酸睾丸酮(丙睾)对早孕妇女蜕膜和绒毛组织表面微细结构的影响。结果表明,对照组蜕膜组织表面即妊娠期子宫内膜腔上皮在扫描电镜下可见紧密排列的呈球状的分泌细胞和散在或聚集成片的纤毛细胞,表面带有密集的微绒毛。纤毛细胞的纤毛发育较好,平均直径0.24μm,长3.26μm。而丙睾组中,可见分泌细胞皱缩、萎陷、微绒毛减少或消失,纤毛细胞的数量减少,这些改变随丙睾总剂量的增加而范围扩大,程度加重。在对照组与丙睾组中,绒毛表面结构未见明显变化。扫描电镜下均可见呈珊瑚样结构的绒毛主干和二级、三级绒毛,密集的微绒毛复盖于合体细胞层表面并有合体细胞芽生成。观察结果提示:抑制蜕膜组织的正常发育而影响早孕的维持可能是丙睾提高前列腺素抗早孕效果的途径之一。本文对其作用机理进行了初步阐述。

【Abstract】 As indicated in previous papers, the success rate of pro-staglandin (PG)-induced early abortion had been significantly increasedby using PG in combination with testosterone propionate (TP). In thepresent study, the surface ultrastructural changes of human parietaldecidua (endometrial surface epithelium) and chorion in early pregnancywere investigated after injection of TP 100mg daily for 1-3 days (TPgroup) or without TP (Control group). The shape of maternal erythro-cytes served as a criterion for qualification of the tissue preparations.Scanning electron microscopic characteristics of the endometrial surfaceepithelium in early pregnancy included a large number of balloon-likenon-ciliated (secretory) and ciliated cells. They were covered by a denseturf of low microvilli. Ciliated cells showed variable numbers of ciliawith an average length of 3. 26μm and diameter of 0.24μm. In TP group,the non-ciliated cells appeared markedly shrunken and collapsed. Themicrovilli on the cell. surface were stubby and dispersed. Ciliated cellswere reduced in number. These changes became more serious and exten-sive as the dosage of TP increased. The general appearance of chorionin TP group was almost the same as that found in the control group.The main villus branches into secondary and tertiary villi revealed theircoral-like structure. The microvilli were well developed with protru-sions on the syncytial surface. The above observations with scanningelectron microscope suggest that the ultrastructural development of en-dometrial Surface epithelium in early pregnancy can be inhibited by TP,which may be one of the reasons for increased efficacy of PG-inducedearly abortion.
