【摘要】 本文应用无火焰原子吸收光谱法测定血药浓度,对6例肿瘤患者静脉滴注顺氯氨铂（80mg/m²）的药代动力学进行了研究。研究结果表明其在血浆中的衰减呈二室开放模型,t_1/2α为0.22小时,t_1/2β为93.6小时。本文还注意到在给药停止后的2—8小时期间,血浆铂浓度出现回升的第二峰,提示可能是铂合物的肝——肠循环所致。根据顺氯氨铂消除半衰期较长的特点,建议化疗间歇期应在三周以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pharmacokinetics of cis-diamminedichloroplatinum(CDDP) was studied in 6 hospitalized patients with neoplastic diseasewho received iv infusion of CDDP(80mg/m~2). Platinum concentrations fromcis-diamminedichloroplatinum were measured in plasma by using flamelessatomic absorption spectrometric method. Plasma levels of platinum showeda biphasic clearance pattern with a rapid-phase half-life of 0. 22hr anda slow-phase half-life of 93. 6hr. A small secondary peak was noticedat 2-8 hrs after the end of the infusion, indicating the existence of anenterohepatic circulation. It is suggested that the interval between che-motherapy cycles should be 3 weeks or more because its elimination t1/2was longer.更多还原
