非晶态Pd-Ag-Si合金超声延迟线材料的研究
STUDY ON ULTRASONIC DELAY-LINE OF Pd-Ag-Si METALLIC GLASS
【摘要】 用单辊和双辊法进行液态金属急冷淬火得到厚度为1.30mm,宽度为15mm及厚度为0.35mm,宽度为40mm的Pd-Ag-Si合佥非晶态条带,其几何尺寸满足声信号传输条件。用此材料做成实用及性能良好的超声延迟线器件。测得该材料的声速为1.71km/sec(剪切波),在30MHz下超声衰减≤0.15dB/μs。
【Abstract】 We have made ribbons of metallic glass Pd77.5 Ag6 Si16.5 with cross sections 1.2×15mm2 and 0.35×40mm2 by a single roller and double roller quenching methods respectively, which are suitable for ultrasonic delay-line The sound transmission velocity is 1.71km/sec (shear wave) and the ultrasonic attenuation is 0.15dB/μs at 30MHz in ribbons of metallic glass Pd77.5 Ag6 Si16.5. The delay lines of ultrasonic wave have been made and we have found that their properties were good for some applications.
