陕西省东渭北旱地小麦育种的回顾与展望

【摘要】 渭北旱原是陕西小麦主要产区。选育高产、稳产、优质的新品种是当前生产中亟待解决的重大研究课题。近二十多年来在小麦育种工作中,主要通过制定正确的育种目标,选择与本区自然生态相一致的育种地,按照育种目标选择亲本,对抗寒、抗旱、抗青干、抗锈病等关键目标进行定量选择,并重视做好试验、示范推广工作,先后选育并推广了十几个旱地小麦品种。当前,在各地旱地小麦产量普遍提高的情况下,今后在育种工作中,还应重视解决好降低株高、注意早熟性、提高品质,及改变相应的措施和方法,以使本区小麦育种工作有新的突破。

【Abstract】 Weibei highland is a major wheat producing area in Shaanxi provi nce. Selecting and breeding high and stable yielding new wheat varieties with high qualities is an urgent research project to be tackled in current production. For more than 20 years, a breeding program with correct objectives has been worked out, and the breeding lands in coincidence with natural ecolgical environment in this region have been selected. Thus, the quantative selection of such characteristics as cold-tolerance, drought-resistance, greenery-resistance and rust resistance has been carried out in accordance with the breeding objective to select the parent materials. Also, attention has been paid to the experiments, demonstration and extension work. More than ten wheat cultivars for rainfed lands have been selected and bred as well as released. At present, in the case of general yield increase in wheat in rainfed lands, importance should also be attached to lowering the plant height, early maturity, improving grain qualities and changing the corresponding cultvation methods in the process of wheat breeding so as to have a new breakthrough in wheat breeding.
