陕西旱地小麦品种营养品质变化的分析

【摘要】 陕西不同旱地的小麦品种经化学分析表明,不同地区小麦营养品质间的差异不显著。对25个品种的17种氨基酸的分析表明,有相当一部分品种的主要氨基酸含量较高。此外,还对一些氨基酸与蛋白质含量的关系进行了研究。从蛋白质含量与外界条件的关系分析,同一品种因种子来源地点及生产年分不同蛋白质含量有所变化,但主要的是氮素营养的作用。所以,改进旱地小麦品质,既要抓品种,又要抓增肥。

【Abstract】 The chemical analysis of different wheat varieties on rainfed land indicates that there are no obvious differences among nutritional qualities of wheat in different areas. Also, the analysis of amino acids of 17 kinds in 25 wheat varieties shows that the contents of several main amino acids in quite a few number of wheat varieties are fairly high. In addition, reaearch has been made on the relation between the contents of amino acids and proteins.A conclusion has been drawn from the analysis of the contents of proteins and external relations that the amount of protein contents in the same wheat varieties riesva to some extent because of different origin locations and years of wheat seeds produced, but it is chiefly the N nutrient that functions.Therefo re, two things must be done of both breeding good varieties of wheat and increasing fertilizer application.
