纤维素硫酸半酯钠盐稀溶液流变行为的研究
STUDY ON THE RHEOLOGICAL BEHAVIOR OF DILUTE SOLUTION OF SODIUM-CELLULOSE SULFATIC HALF-ESTER
【摘要】 本文研究了与溶质浓度、溶剂种类、温度和剪切速率有关的纤维素硫酸半酯钠盐(NaCS)稀溶液流变行为,并与部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAAm)进行了比较。结果表明:在无外加盐时,25℃,NaCS稀溶液是假塑性流体,浓度1500ppm,其粘度为9.7cp,增稠能力约为HPAAm的两倍。NaCS在外加盐的矿化水中,被研究的溶液是牛顿流体,溶液粘度与HPAAm相同。具有僵硬主链和沿链均匀分布着-SO3-基团,从而赋与NaCS溶液良好的耐剪切性能。
【Abstract】 The theological behavior of dilute solution of sodium-cellulose sulfatic half-ester (NaCS),with relation to the solute concentration,solvent species,temperature and shearing rate,has been investigated,compaied with that of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAAm).It is showed that the dilute solution of NaCS is a pseudoplastic fluid in the absence of added salt at 25℃and its thickening power is graeater than that of HPAAM by a factor of 2,the apparent viscosity being 9.7 cp at 1500 ppm.In brine(Ha-zdness 40000 ppm),the investigated solution becomes a Newtonian fluid and the apparent viscosity of NaCS is equal to that of HPAAM.with an especially uniform distribution of the substituents (-SO3-) along the length of the molecular chain and the rigid backbone chain,the NaCS solution is resistant to shearing degradation very well
