材料表面能的测算及其对粘合强度的影响

【摘要】 本文讨论了基于双液法接触角测定的固体表面能的测算原理,研究了上浮模式及下落模式两种实验方法,并测算了经不同表面处理的钢、铁、铝等合金及玻璃,氧化铝陶瓷,石英等高表面能材料的表面能值及其对粘合性能的影响。研究结果表明,在界面破坏的情况下,粘接强度不仅与材料的表面能有关,而且与材料表面的化学组成及物理性质及形态有关。在组成物性及形态相接近的各材料中,粘接强度随材料的表面能增大而增高(主要随表面能值中的Y_s~D值增大而增高)。在组成、物性及形态不同的材料之间,粘合强度与表面能值并无对应关系。

【Abstract】 The Principles of the measurement of surface energy by measuring two liquids contac angle are discussed in this paper.By using these methods,Up-float model and Down-Sink model,the authors successfully determined the values of the s.urface energy of some high energy materials such as the alloys of iron,copper aluminium and glass A12O3 Ceramic,man-made SiO2 quartz.The results showed that; in the case of interfacial failure,adhesive bonding strength not only depends on the surface energy of the materials but also on the chemical composition as well as physical properties,in the case of chemical and physical properties of materials are similar,the strengths of the lap joints increase with the increasing of their γs and γsD and have nothing to do with γsP then the relationship between the strength and surface energy does not hold in the case of chemical and physical properties are different.
