聚丙烯与聚酯-聚醚多嵌段共聚物共混的研究

【摘要】 聚丙烯和聚酯-聚醚多嵌段共聚物的熔融共混物是微多相分散体系,其力学性能和软链段的结构有关。DSC和偏光显微镜图分别表明共混物中聚丙烯结晶度以及球晶尺寸随聚酯-聚醚的混入量而变小。聚丙烯和少量聚酯-聚醚多嵌段共聚物共混,可改进聚丙烯的流变性,吸湿性和染色性。

【Abstract】 The polymer blends of polypropylene with polyester-polyether multiblock copolymers has been shown to be a micro-phase composite and the mechanical Properties were found to be related to the structures of soft polyether segments. The DSC and polarizing microscopy showed that the degree of crystallinity and the spherulite size of polypropylene in the blends decreased with increasing content of polyester-polyether block copolymer added. When a samll amount of polyester-polyether multiblock copolymers was blended with polypropylene from melt, the rheological properties, dyeability and hydroscopic properties of the blend can be improved.
