用激光测定角膜混浊度判定死亡时间的研究
Laser in Measurement of Opatity of Cornea and Ascertainment of the Time of Death Occurence
【摘要】 本文根据人或动物死亡后其角膜随时间延长混浊度增加,从而导致角膜的相对透光率减小这一事实,采用氦氖激光器作为光源来测定家兔在死亡后不同时间里角膜的相对的透光率,然后经统计学方法处理,找出死亡时间与相对透光率之间的变化关系,根据这个变化关系,对测定任一角膜的相对透光率就可以大致估计家兔死亡所经过的时间。这对法医学有着重要的意义。
【Abstract】 On the basis of the fact that a dead person or a dead animal’s opacity of cornea increases with the prolongation of time,which leads to a decrease in the relative transparent rate of opacity of cornea, we used helium-neon laser as light source to measure the relative transparent rate of opacity of cornea of a dead rabbit at the different time,After the data process by means of statistics, the relation of variation between the time of death and the relative transparent rate was discovered. According to the relation of variation, the the time when the rabbit died could be approximately estimated by measuring the relative transparent rate of cornen. This method is of great importance in forensic medicine
