相转移催化法合成双酚S型聚芳酯的研究

【摘要】 本文报道了用相转移催化法合成双酚S型聚芳酯的实验结果,对聚合条件进行了讨论。结果表明,用季胺盐作相转移催化剂,在30℃下可以得到高分子量的产物。这种双酚S型聚芳酯具有较好的透明度,优异的电性能,甚至在150℃下,力学性能也很好。可见光透过率87%;室温屈服强度637kg/cm2;T8208℃;介电常数击;穿电3.6压150kV/mm。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we reported the experimental results of synthesis of bisphenol-S polyarylester by phase transfer catalysis technique as well as the monomer preparation. The effect of the same factors on polymerization was discussed. It was shown that it was possible to prepare bisphenol-S polyarylester with high molecular weight using quaternary ammonium salt as a phase transfer catalysis at 30℃. The bisphcnol-S polyarylester exhibited excellent transparency, electronic properties, especially mechanical properties even at 150℃. Transmittancy of visible light is 87%, tensile yield stress of room temperature 637 kg/cm2 , Tg 208℃, dielectric constant 3.6, breakdown voltage 150 kV/mm.
