【摘要】本文报道使用I₂-DMSO+H₂SO₄由2′,4′-二羟基双查酮Ⅱ_a-c一步合成双黄酮Ⅲ_a-c,收率72—100％;并探讨了反应机制以及催化剂碘的用量对反应的影响;用TLC跟踪,通过柱层析分离了中间体Ⅳ_a和Ⅳ_b。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, synthesis of the diflavones(Ⅲa-e) from dichalcones(Ⅱa-e) in one step using I2-DMSO-H2SO4 system was reported. The dichalcones were first heated at 100℃ for about 10 min. With DMSO and a small amount of H2SO4 , then a catalytic amount of iodine was added and the reaction mixture was further heated to give 72-100% yields of diflavones.The reaction intermediates Ⅳa, and Ⅳb were isolated by column chromato-graphy and reaction mechanism was discussed.更多还原
