超低流阻板式换热器的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF CORRUGATED PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER WITH SUPER LOW PRESSURE DROP
【摘要】 <正> 一、前言 由于板式换热器具有一系列优点,近年来我国的实践证明,采用板式换热器在节约投资和节省能耗等方面都能获得良好的经济效益。为了在适宜应用板式换热器的温度和压力范围内不断地开拓采用板式换热器的领域,迫切需要研究开发出一种流阻很低的板式换热器。例如,正在研究开发中的低温供热核子反应堆,就要求开发出一种流阻小于50毫米水柱、传热系数高于1000 W/(m~2·℃)的板式换热器。而目前国内外的板式换热器
【Abstract】 An experimental result of inclined corrugated-duct pressure drop and flow visulization have been proposed. According to the comparison and analysis between the present data and the results proposed by O’Brien and Sparrow[1], the reason of the difference between these results has been revealed, and a sample plate heat exchanger with super low pressure drop has been made. The experimental results are given of heat transfer and pressure drop for this heat exchanger.
