确定化工机械实际气体压缩温度的新关联式——三次维里型状态方程开发新途径

【摘要】 <正> 本文针对化工机械中热过程分析的重要参数——实际气体压缩温度的确定问题,根据剩余熵函数原理,运用本课题组已建立的三次维里型对比状态方程,导出一简单而又实用的可供确定压缩过程温度的新关联式,αTr,d2+βTr,d+γ=0。新关联式的计算结果与实际观察值十分吻合,所以十分适于石油化工气体机械中热过程的设计计算与分析。

【Abstract】 Based on the principle of the residual entropy function and derived from the cubic reduced virial EOS presented by our research group, a new simple and practical correlation, , for determining the compression temperature of real gases which is the important parameter in thermal analyses of chemical machinery, has been proposed in this paper. It is shown that the predicted results agree well with the actual observation values. Therefore the proposed approach is very applicable to calculate and analyse the thermal problems of real gases in petrochemical gas machinerys.
