含钛钢与20MnSi钢钢筋洁净度的对比研究

【摘要】 本工作对鞍钢300t碱性平炉生产的含钛钢和20MnSi钢钢筋中非金属夹杂物的类别、形态、数量和形状做了对比研究。结果表明:两种钢中主要的夹杂物是长条形的硫化锰,其次是氧化铝;含钛钢中另有Ti(C、N)夹杂,其数量占夹杂物总量的11%,未发现钛的氧化物和钛的硫化物。含钛钢的夹杂物总量较20MnSi钢大约少20%,夹杂物的形状也较短和碎散。Ti(C、N)有时与MnS共生,在轧延过程中具有不同程度的变形。在平炉生产条件下,形成夹杂所消耗的钛量约0.02%。

【Abstract】 The type, morphology and amount of non-metallic inclusions in Ti-bearing steel and 20MnSisteel bars produced in 300t basic open-hearth was investigated. It was found that for both steelsmost of inclusions are elongated MnS, the others are Al2O3 etc. In Ti-bearing steel. there weresome Ti (C.N) as well. which accounted for about 11% of total inclusions, nelther Ti oxide norTi sulfide were found. The quantity of inclusions in Ti-bearing steel was about 20% less than thatin 20MnSi steel. Furthetmore, the inclusions in Ti-bearing steel were shorter and broken. Some-times Ti(C.N) grew together with MnS and deformed in different level duringrolling. CombinedTi as inclusions is about 0.02% for given open-hearth practice.
