控轧工艺对15MnV钢组织性能的影响及工艺参数优选

【摘要】 在实验室和工业性生产轧机上研究了热轧工艺对15MnV钢显微组织和力学性能的影响,优化了控制轧制工艺参数。据此,提出了适用于现有轧机生产中厚钢板的控轧工艺方法。结果表明,用这种方法生产的钢板具有高强度和良好的低温韧性,可以不用正火处理。本文还对这种控轧钢的强韧化机制进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 In laboratory and commercial rolling mill, the effect of hot tolling parameters on micro-structure and mechanical properties of 15MnV steel has been studled, and the controlled rollingparameters has been optimized. On the basis of mentioned works a controlled rolling technologyof 15MnV steel plates for the existing rolling mills is proposed It is show that steel plates pro-duced by this method have high strength and good low-tempeature toughness. and the normalizingtreatment is no longer necessary. In this paper the mechanism of strengthening and toughning of15MnV steel plates produced by controlled rolling method is also discussed.
