复吹转炉冶炼Cr13不锈钢的试验研究

【摘要】 在实验室和工厂的顶底复吹转炉上,顶枪供氧、底枪供惰性气体,用铁水和高碳铬铁冶炼出Cr13不锈钢。金属收得率89%左右,铬的回收率90%以上。钢的质量不低于电炉冶炼的。吨钢成本低于电炉返回法。文中对冶炼过程中影响铬氧化与还原的各种因素进行了分析讨论。

【Abstract】 By using of hot metal and high-carb?? Fe-Cr, refining of Cr13 stainless steel was carried outsuccessfully in combined blown converte?s in laboratory and plant with oxygen supplied by toplance, inert gas by bottom tuyeres. The metallic yeild is around 89% and the recovery of chromiumis above 90%. The quality of the steel is not worse than the E. F. heat. The cost per ton steel islower than the E. F. remelting process. Factors influencing the oxidation and reduction of chro-mium during the refining are discussed and analyzed in the paper.
