轧制过程纵向形状参数对轧件性能的影响
EFFECT OF LONGITUDINAL GEOMETRIC PARAMETERS ON THE PROPERTIES OF PRODUCTS IN THE ROLLING PROCESS
【摘要】 通过试验,得出轧制变形区纵向形状参数对轧件的晶粒特征、显微硬度、力学性能、电阻率、腐蚀失重及平均单位压力的影响规律。由实验结果看出,纵向形状参数主要影响变形均匀程度,因此导致各种性能相应的变化。由分析看出,现有轧制理论中,平均单位压力与纵向形状参数的函数关系曲线不仅显示外区与外摩擦的影响,同时也显示变形均匀程度的影响。
【Abstract】 The effect of longitudinal geometric shape parameter on mechanical properties, electricalresistance, corrosion resistance. microhardness and grain characteristics of products was obtained byexperiment. From the analysis of experimental results it can be shown that longitudinal geometric shape pa-rameter effects mainly the deformation uniformity and as a result the properties will be changed. The curve of functional relation between the average unit pressure and longitudinal geometricshape parameter not only presents the effect of the external zone and friction, but the effect of de-formation uniformity.
