液氨处理中去氨方式对棉纤维结构及织物性能影响
Effects of Liquid Ammonia Removal Methods on Both Cotton Fibre Structure and Fabric Properties in Liquid Ammonia Treartment
【摘要】 本文通过对三种不同去氨工艺处理织物纤维结构变化的研究,对织物物理机械性能的改变作出解释。在三种去氨工艺中,水去氨使纤维内形成较大的晶粒,大晶粒周围形成较大的非晶区,比表面增加,孔径变大,有利于增加织物的得色量;干热/汽蒸去氨使纤维内形成短而小的晶粒,小品粒周围形成较小的非晶区,比表面和孔径都变小,有利于改善织物的机械性能。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the changes of the physico-chemical properties of the fabric treated with three methods for the liquid ammonia removal are interpreted through the study on the changes of fibre structure. In three types of removal process for liquid ammonia, the larger crystal grains are formed in the fibre through ammonia-water process, the larger non-crystalline regions are formed around them, the specific area increase, and the large pore-size is retained. These are of great advantage to increase dye yield of the fabric. The shorter and smaller crystal grains are formed in the fibre with ammonia-dry-steam process, the smaller non-crystalline regions are formed around them, and both the specific area and the pore-size decrease. These are of much help to the improvement of the mechanical properties of the fabric.
