针织机针高速钢铣槽刀的真空热处理
The Vacuum Heat-Traatment of High-Sreed Steel Milling Cutter for Notching Knitting Needles
【摘要】 目前国内大多数织针厂使用的碳工钢铣刀,寿命短,效率低。在新型铣槽机上如仍用该铣刀,则不能发挥设备的正常能力。采用韧性较好的W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢,经真空热处理后制成的铣刀,可提高切削速度,延长使用寿命,平均每把铣刀可铣千支织针,最多可铣2000支。为了铣刀的淬火和回火,设计了一种专用、简单、便宜的小型真空热处理炉。本文详细介绍了该炉的结构、计算及特点;热处理工艺和使用效果。
【Abstract】 Tool steel cutters being used today in most domestic knitting needle manufacturing factories are of short life and low efficiency. New groove milling machines may not make the most of performance if equipped with such cutters. Cutters made of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed tough steel and vacuum heat treated can increase milling speed, prolong their service life. each cutter processes 1,000 needles, the maximum—2000. A special vacuum heat-treatment furnace. small in size, simple and cheap, has been designed for cutters’ quenching and tempering. This article goes into details on the furnace construction, calculation and features as well as the heat treatment technology and effects in use.
