【Abstract】 A method is described for the quantitative determination of the concentra- tion of volatile components in Fujian rice wine. A Simple semiautometic samp- ling device has been developed for charging headspace gas samples directly intoe the gas chromatograph, thus dispensing with the need for injection syringes. The optimun conditions of operation has been studied. It is shown that the headspac gas chromatography can be used for quantitative determination of trace amounts of volatile compounds in rice wine. An average R. S. D. <4% is reached. The reproducibility and sensitivity of this quick method are good.更多还原
