热硬法水玻璃砂溃散性的试验研究

【摘要】 本文着重阐述了利用本省廉价的有机物和无机物作添加剂改善水玻璃砂溃散性,在没有CO2 供应的情况下,采用热烘法使水玻璃砂硬化,仍可取得湿态、干态强度,表面稳定性,抗吸潮性, 抗粘砂性,实际落砂性等较好的综合性能.在进行铸铁和铸钢生产应用试验中,获得满意的效果。

【Abstract】 The paper expounds how to exploit what cheap organic and inorganic resour- ces in Fujian province are to be used as additives for improving the collapsi- bility of sodium-silicate sand. In case CO2 supply is not available, Heat har- dening method can be adopted to cure sodium-silicate while keeping its adequate comprehensive properties of green state strengh, dry state strengh, surface stability, adhering resistance, absorption resistance, and shake-out behavior. It has been tested experimentally in iron and steel casting production, that the result of the me thod is satisfactory.
