辐照食品的动物试验

【摘要】 <正> 辐照作为食品保藏的一种处理方法,已经研究了40多年,并已在20多个国家中应用。我国自1958年开始研究食品的辐照处理,到目前为止已制订了7个辐照食品的卫生标准。鉴于我国过去均采用单项辐照食品进行动物试验和人体试食观察,特进行了本次加大辐照剂量和加大饲料中辐照食品比重的多项辐照食品的动物试验。

【Abstract】 In our country, there had been accomplished many single types of animal experi-mentation or human dietary observation of irradiated food. All these tests we provedto be safe. If the irradiated food are commercialized, we will eat a variety of irradiated fo-od. will they be safe too? For this purpose, we have done the animal experimenta-tion with multiple kinds of irradited food. The food was irradiated with the dosagedouble the dose normally required for food preservation of 0.1-8.0 kGy. The irradia-ted food in the feed we prepared occupied 80% of dry weight. The feeding study las-ted for 150 days. The indices including nutritional composition of food and its utiliza-tion, rate of growth and development blood examination, mutagenic test and patholo-gical examination showed no significant difference between the experimental group andits references. This result gave us enough evidence for the further human dietary observation ofmultiple irradiated food or commercialization of irradiated food.
