碘的差分脉冲阴极溶出伏安法研究——微量血清试样中痕量碘的测定
Study on Differential Pulse Cathodic Stripping Voltammetry of Iodine——Determination of Trace Iodine in Micro Serum Sample
【摘要】 本文以汞膜电极研究了碘的阴极溶出行为,并初步探讨了机理,认为低浓度下碘离子的电积过程为一种“特性吸附”过程。在Britton—Robinson溶液(pH5.0)中,碘的溶出峰敏锐,检出限低至1.8×10-10mol/L,且浓度在0.02—0.20ng/mL时仍具有良好的线性关系。方法标准偏差及变异系数分别为0.038及3.6%。可直接用于微量血清试样中痕量碘的测定,回收率在92—110%之间。
【Abstract】 The cathodic stripping behaviour of iodine has been studied with mercury-film electrode and the mechanism is discussed. The deposition of iodine in the low concentration is considered to be the process of "characteristic adsorption". In Briton-Robinson solution (pH 5.0), a sharp sensitive peak of iodine has been observed. The peak current value has good linear relationship to the concetration of iodine over the range of 0.02—0.20ng/mL, and the detection limit is as low as 1.8×10-10 mol/L. The relative standard deviation is 3.6%. The method has been directly used for determination of trace iodine in serum with a recovery, 92 to 110%.
