镓及磷化镓中铋的极谱催化波研究
The Osciltopolarographic Behavior of the Catalytic wave of Bi in Ga and GaP
【摘要】 本文提出了测定镓及磷化镓中微量铋的分析方法.在氢氧化钠介质中,铋与PAR的络合物在峰(?)位为-0.65伏(VS.S.C.E)处出现清晰、灵敏的导数极谱催化波,可不经分离、富集直接进行测定.方法具有较高的灵敏度和选择性,操作方便快速.含量为10-8微克/毫升级的铋,其回收率在95%以上,变异系数约2%.
【Abstract】 The oscillopolarographic behavior of the adsorption catalytic wave of Bi in Ga and GaP are studied. Bi can be directly determined according to height of the catalytic wave at-0.65V (vs. SCE) in NaOH with PAR without separating and masking. The detection limit was 2×10~-2μg/mL. The calibration curve covers the range 2×10~-2—4×10~-1 μg/mL Bi. The senistivity and selectivity are satisfactory.The procedure is simple and rapid. Variation coefficient is 2% with relative error for recovery,10%.
