铀-PAR络合物的示波极谱测定
OSCILLOPOLAROGRAPHIC DETERMINATION OF URANIUM AS COMPLEX UO22+-PAR
【摘要】 <正> 有机显色剂PAR(4-2-吡啶偶氮-间苯二酚)用于光度法测铀,检测限1ppm,用于极谱法测铀尚未见报道。我们发现UO22+-PAR络合物在溶液pH=8.8~9.8时,于试剂波之后产生清晰的吸附波。在仪器最小倍率下无空白讯号。峰电流(ip)与铀浓度在0.08~2.40μg/ml间呈线性关系、引入氟离子和二苯胍时ip增加、波形改善(与试剂峰分离更远)。本体系对与铀常伴生的钍、稀土元素有较好的抗干扰性。采用TBP反相色层法容易分离铁、铜、钴、镍、钒、铬和钛等严重干扰的元素,使本法具备良好的适用性。对于含铀0.0005%以上的矿石分析,相对标准偏差小于±10%。
【Abstract】 A new system for determination of U was advanced.In the system complex UO22+-PAR [pyridine(2-azo-4) resorcinol] Froduced an absorptive wave of which peak potential was at -0.606V(vs. SCE) at pH 8.8 to 9.8. The peak current was directly proportional to the concentration of U in the range 0.08 to 2.40μg/ml. Polarographic behaviour of the wave was preliminarily discussed. The system was applied to the determination of trace U in reference sample of rocks and good results were gained.
