碘阴极溶出法的研究
CATHODIC STRIPPING DIFFERENTIAL PULSE POLAROGRAPHY OF IODIDE
【摘要】 <正> 碘阴极溶出法,曾有一些人做过研究。我们的实验结果表明,在0.01N H2SO4底液中,碘的溶出峰为较宽的单峰,碘的富集过程是碘在汞电极表面特性吸附作用形成第一分子层。根据实验数据算出第一分子层含汞离子数为1.41×1015个/厘米2。随着碘离子浓度增加,汞在富集电位下氧化产生Hg22+,与足够量的Ⅰ生成沉淀的富集过程逐渐变为主要的过程。碘的溶出过程是富集过程的逆过程。
【Abstract】 Description is given of the deposition-stripping behaviour of iodide films at the mercury pool electrode in 0.01N H2SO4 investigated by differential pulse polarography and the cathodic stripping method for determination of iodide with a sensitivity of 2ppb. The cathodic stripping peak height-concentration curves show a turning point exhibiting a monolayer of iodide. The number of atoms at the surface of mercury, as calculated from experimental results, is 1.41×1015atoms/cm2. However it is 1.55×1015atoms/cm2, as calculated from molecular volume. Concentartion of iodide is mainly caused by characteristic absorption of mercurous iodide before the monolayer is formed.
