纤维素硫酸半酯钠盐的硫酸酯基离子选择电极电位滴定法
ION-SELECTIVE ELECTRODE POTENTIOMETRIC METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF SODIUM-CELLULOSE SULFATE HALF-ESTER
【摘要】 <正> 纤维素硫酸半酯钠盐(NaCS)是一种水溶性聚电解质。它的硫酸酯基通常采用元素分析法、重量法或胶体滴定法测定硫含量求得。诚然,元素分析法和重量法往往存在燃烧不完全或操作步骤过长的缺点,产物制备过程中掺杂的亚硫酸盐和硫酸盐会影响测定结果。在胶体滴定法中,带负电性的胶体不能直接测定,必须采用反滴定法。本文采用阳离子表面活性剂选择电极作指示电极,用阳离子表面活性剂电位滴定法测定NaCS的硫酸酯基。此法操作简便、快速,硫酸盐等杂质不干扰测定,可得到满意结果。
【Abstract】 The sulfate ester group in sodium-cellulose sulfate half-ester can be determined by potentiometric titration with tetradecylbenzyldimethyl ammonium chloride(Zeph) using cationic surfactant electrode as detector. It has been shown that Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, SO24- do not interfere with the measurement, and in the range of pH 3-8 and appropriate ionic strength (3.0×10-3—3.0×10-2), satisfactory results have been obtained which agree with those by gravimetric method. The relative error of this method is about 0.5%
