BTAM-OP-Zn的分光光度法研究
A NEW SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF ZINC WITH 2-(2-BENZOTHIAZOLYLAZO)-5-DIMETHYLAMINOPHENOL(BTAM) IN THE PRESENCE OF OP
【摘要】 <正> 目前,用光度法测锌的试剂有20余种,主要问题是选择性差,干扰严重,用 KCN掩蔽重金属离子,给日常分析带来不便。近年来研究较多的是用长链胺萃取分离后测锌,但手续繁杂。我们首次合成了选择性高的测锌试剂 BTAM,并用于测锌方法研究。本文报告的是以2-(2-苯骈噻唑偶氮)-间二甲氨基酚(BTAM)为显色剂,在非离子型表面活性剂 OP 存在下测定锌的操作条件。实验表明,本法选择性高,操作简便,适用于自来水,地下深井水,含锌工业废水,以及奶粉中锌含量测定。
【Abstract】 A new spectrophotometric method is given of the determination of Zn with BTAM in the presence of OP at pH 8.4 (in a buffer solution of triethanolamine-hydrochloric acid).Zinc forms a violet-red complex and exhibits maximum absorption at 540nm,the molar absorptivity being 1.8×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0—1,20μg Zn/10 ml.This method has been applied to the determination of Zn in tap water,deep well water,milk powder and wastcwater of battery factory or fluorescent powder workshop.
