PVC膜金离子选择电极的研制和应用

【Abstract】 A new PVC membrane gold(Ⅲ)ion-selective electrode based on butyl rhodamine B- AuCl4- as electroactive material with various solvent mediators has been prepared and investi- gated.The membranous composition is optimized to be 0.005g butyl rhodamine B-AuCl4-,0.1g chlorobenzene,0.25g dioctylphthalate and 0.2g PVC.The electrode exhibits Nernstain res- ponse for AuCl4- from 1×10-3M to 6.31×10-7M.The limit of detection is 3.16×10-7M.The response time is about 1 min(10-5M AuCl4-).The slope is 58 mV/pAu.The electrode shows high sensitivity,selectivity and stability and it has been used successfully for the determination of Au in rocks and minerals.
