原子吸收光谱法中表面活性剂作用的研究及其应用——铬(Ⅲ)和铬(Ⅵ)的同时测定
A SENSITIVE FLUOROPHOTOMETRIC PROCEDURE OF MICROAMOUNT SULPHIDE AND ITS APPLICATON
【摘要】 本文在空气-乙炔焰中,研究了阴离子表面活性剂辛基硫酸钠对不同价态的铬原子吸收光谱分析行为的影响,并探讨了其机理。确定了同时分别测定铬(Ⅱ)和铬(Ⅵ)的条件。拟定的方法用于工厂废水中铬的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 A fluorophotometric method based on substitution reaction has been presented for microamount sulphide. The method depends on the demasking of 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sul-phonic acid by sulphide from the non-fluorescent potassium bis(8-hydroxy quinoline-5-sulphonic acid)-Pd(Ⅱ). The liberated 8-hydroxy quinoline-5-sulphonic acid then coordinates with the Al ion present to form an intensive fluorescent chelate. Its fluorescence intensity is proportional to the amount of sulphide presnt. The sensitivity of the method is 0. 8ng/ml.
