元素硫的单扫示波极谱及其应用
POLAROGRAPHY OF ELEMENT SULPHUR AND ITS APPLICATION
【摘要】 在弱酸性介质中,元素硫在-0.3V(vs SCE)处可产生灵敏的吸附波。该波可用于微量硫的测定。以0.2M氯乙酸-0.02M抗坏血酸为底液,采用导数波测量,其检测下限可2×10-8M(0.6ppb的硫),其线性范围为5×10-8-8×10-5M。观察了影响硫波的各种因素,尤其是S2-的影响。采用氧化法使S2-定量转化成元素硫,由此建立了分别测定同一样品中硫和硫离子含量的方法。文中对硫波的性质作了初步研究,实验表明该波具有较强的吸附性。
【Abstract】 There is a sensitive polarographic adsorption wave of element sulphur in single sweep polarography in weak acidic medium(pH 1-2)with Ep=-0.3V (vs SCE). It can be used to determine trace amounts of sulphur with a detection limit of 2.10-8M or 0.6 ppb in a solution of 0.2M chloracetic acid and 0.02M ascorbic acids. The linear relationship between the peak height and concentration of sulphur is over a range of The polarographic behaviour of sulphur is very similar to that of sulfide. However, the sulfide can be easily removed from the acidic solution by deaeration with nitrogen gas, but not for sulphur. Based on the oxidation of sulfide, a method for simultaneously determining sulphur and sulfide was proposed. The mechanism of the adsorption wave has been investigated by various electrochemical methods.
