估算X线诊断受检者器官剂量的体模实验方法
AN ESTIMATING METHOD OF ORGAN DOSES FROM X-RAY DIAGNOSTIC EXAMINATIONS BY PHANTOM MEASURMENTS
【摘要】 本文介绍了北京市 X 线诊断受检者剂量调查中使用的体模实验方法。实验采用了经改进的四川体模;高灵敏、组织等效的 LiF(Mg,Cn,P)粉未热释光元件。体模分17段,对应于16个器官选取了235个测量点。还计算了不同半值层的 X 线的平均红骨髓吸收剂量换算系数 f_R 及骨表面与红骨髓吸收剂量换算系数之比的平均值■。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the estimating method of mean organdoses from X-ray diagnostic examinations in Beijing by phantom measur-ments.In these measurments modified Sichuan phantom,sensitive and tiss-ue equivalent LiF(Mg,Cu,P)powder thermoluminescent dosiraetersandmean exposure conditions were used.The phantom was cut into 17 slices.There were 235 measurment Points in it.In addition,conversion factor ofabsorbed dose in red bone marrow and bone surface exposed to X-rays ofdifferent HVL were calculated.
