【摘要】 本文对45例脑卒中(41例脑血栓形成,14例脑出血)进行了血小板聚集功能的测定。结果表明,脑血栓形成的血小板聚集功能明显高于对照组,而脑出血则无明显改变。作者结合文献,对血小板聚集功能增高在缺血性中风的发病机理及临床意义进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Determinations of the platelet aggregation were done in 45 patients with stroke (31 with cerebral thrombosis,14 cerebral hemorrhage).The results showed that the function of platelet aggregation of patients with cerebral thrombosis was significantly augmented as compared with that of the control groups,while no significantly differe ance was observed beteen the patients with cerebral hemorrhage and control groups. With a review of the literature,the augmentation of the activities of platelets in the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke and its clinical significance were discussed.更多还原
