【摘要】 本文应用垂直平板型聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE),对本省崇安岚谷地区的卫氏并殖吸虫成虫的苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、脂酶(EST)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)三种酶的同工酶谱进行初步分析。结果显示,MDH 有2条、3条和4条酶带的三种类型同工酶谱;EST 有1条和2条酶带的两种类型同工酶谱;LDH 仅有2条酶带的一种同工酶谱。这提示,该地区卫氏并殖吸虫种内存在一定程度的分化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analysis of MDH EST and LDH isozyme patterns of adult Paragonimus westermani word- ms,recovered form Chongan-langu areaiv the northern part of Fujian province was conducted using PAGE.two-bands,three-bands and four-bands in the MDH,a single band and two- bands in the EST and a three-bands in the LDH,were detected.These results suggested that the certain intraspecies differention of P.westermani was present in the area.更多还原
