【摘要】 本文报道采用 Satoh.K 等方法测定癌、非癌及正常人共214例血浆脂质过氧化物(lipidperoxide 简称,Lpo)含量((?)±SD,nmol/ml),癌症组(58例)为5.562±1.360;非癌症组(70例)为3.919±1.073;对照组(86例)为3.108±0.343。癌症组和非癌疾患组与对照组比较,差异非常显著。本实验证实自由基与肿瘤及某些非癌疾病关系密切,为研究癌与非癌疾病机理提供新途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Plasma lipid peroxide (Lpo) were determined in 86 healthy subjects.58 patients with cancer and 70 patieuts withont cancer disease.The levels of Lpo in cancer(5.56 ±1.36) were obviously higher than those in healthy subjects(3.108±0.343) (P< 0.01).The levels of Lpo in cancer were higher than those in some without cancer disesae (3.919±1.073)(P<0.1).This experiment testified that there is a close rela- tion free radicals and cancer and without cancer.It can provide a new method to study mechanism about cancer and other disease.更多还原
