肺吸虫病抗体水平与γ—球蛋白关系的研究
Relationship of the Antibody Level and γ-globulin in Rabbit Paragonimiasis
【摘要】 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶平板电泳(PAGE)技术检测家兔实验肺吸虫病血清中各种蛋白的分辨力较醋酸纤维薄膜电泳为高,表现蛋白区带(13条)增多及其各组分含量的变化,以Densiscan 光密度仪扫描可见其感染后4,5个月抗体水平明显上升,主要是电泳谱型中 DEF(γ)的平均比移率范围最宽(12.64~31.61%),蛋白含量平均增多7.89%,为正常兔的0.95~1.24倍,差异显著(P<0.05)。
【Abstract】 No report has yet be seen on the analysis of protein composition of antibody lev- el and the changes of its contents in paragonimiasis.The result of the present study using PAGE technic as well as scanning of light-density 13 different protein bands were shown in which the differences on the increa sing and decreasing values of pro- tein were also more marked than those with electrophoresis of cellulose membrane ac- etate (ECMA) techniqe in our previous study.Using the electrophoresis-spectrum-type (according to Ye et al,1985) the range of the broadest relative specific mobility of DEF (r) was 12.64-31.61%,the amount of protein was found to be markly increased following the elevation of antibody level being 7.9% as the average,especially after infection reaching a high peak of 8.73-11.43% on the 4th and 5th month,or 0.95-1.24 times the amount of 9.23% in normal rabbit serum.These results show the resolution to different proteins of PAGE in higher than that of ECMA and the host after infect- ion with paragonimiasis could produce Ig or manifest an immune response.
