腺垂体的组织化学与免疫组化观察

【摘要】 应用免疫组化对腺垂体细胞进行分型能较好地反映各型激素细胞形态与功能的统一关系,观察结果表明免疫组化 PAP 法敏感特异且重复性强,效果明显优于普通组织化学染色。嗜酸性细胞包括 GH 和 PRL 细胞。嗜碱性细胞包括 R 细胞(含 ACTH)和 S 细胞(含 TSH,LH,与 FSH)。部份滤泡上皮细胞可含有各种不同的激素物质,沪泡上皮多嫌色性。

【Abstract】 Using the histochemical and immunohistochemical methods,eight adult hu- man pituitary glands from autopsy cases were studied.The adenohypophysis were composed of five distinct types of cells,which produced at least six diff- erent kinds of hormones,showing different characteristics in their morphology, number,distribution and histochemical reaction,The acidophilic cells consi- sted of GH cells and PRL cells,The basophilic cells consisted of ACTH, TSH and GonT cells.The PFA-AB-PAS-OG method showed that most of chromophobic cells were alcianophilic and immunohistochemically positive for TSH,LH or FSH.A pronounced hyperplasia of PRL cells accompanied by decrease of GH cells was noticed in a pregnant woman’s adenohypophys- is.Some of the follicular epithelial cells and those arranged in“small folli- cles”in pars distalis were chromophilic and contained different types of hor- mones.It was supposed that the follicular epithelial cells might directly differentiate into any type of mature hormone-producing cells.The sensitivity,specificity and reproducidility of the lmmunohistochemical method which is suitable for the study of the functional classification of adenohypophyseal cells are demonstrated,
