用聚乙二醇分离人血清免疫球蛋白
Experiment on Isolating-Human IgG with Polyethylen eglycol
【摘要】 作者用聚乙二醇(PEG)分离了人血清免疫球蛋白(IgG),实验表明该方法比经典的硫酸铵沉淀法具有更高的特异性和回收率。探讨了PEG的分子量、浓度及体系的pH、离子强度对分离人IgG的影响。表明在pH7.8的0.025M PBS体系中采用16%的PEG(M.W.1000)效果最佳。
【Abstract】 This parer reports a method using polyethyleneglycol (PEG) to isolate human IgG. The method has much more specific activity and recovery as compared to clsssical method of ammonium sulfate precipitation. Affect on pH and ionic strengh of the system and molecular weight and concentration of PEG to isolating human IgG was studied. Using 16%PEG (M.W.1000)could achieve the best result at 0.025M PBS, pHT. 8.
