钠化钒渣中碱溶钒的分离与价态测定
SEPARATION AND VALENT DETERMINATION OF ALKALI SOLUBLE VANADIUM IN VANADIUM’S SLAG TREATED WITH SODIUM
【摘要】 正交实验证明,浸取钠化钒渣中碱溶钒,其浸液碱度、温度及浸溶时间三者无交互作用。在实验条件下,溶出总钒量基本不变。单因素实验证明:碱液浓度大,能使V(V)、V(IV)价态基本保持不变;浸溶时温度高或浸溶时间增长,都会使钒的V价、IV价发生变化。多次浸洗,V(V)可完全溶出。为保证正确地分析碱溶钒中V(V)、V(IV)含量,必须采取浸后及时除S2-的措施。
【Abstract】 It is proved by cross testing that the alkalinity of leaching solution, temperature and leaching time have no alternate effects on each other in leaching out alkali soluble vanadium from vanadium’s slag treated with sodium. The total amount of leaching Vanadium is kept essentially constant in experiment conditions. According to experimenting on single factor, if the alkaline solution has higher concentration, the valences of V( Ⅳ) and V( Ⅴ) can be kept essentially steady; if leaching temperature is too high or leaching time is too long, the valences of V(Ⅳ) and V( Ⅴ) will change. V(Ⅴ) can be leachied out completely by leaching many times. In order to correctly analyze the content of V(Ⅳ) and V(Ⅴ) in alkali soluble Vanadium, the S2- must be removed in time after leaching.
