小鼠巨噬细胞受S-O2-1菌苗激活后的免疫增强效应
ENHANCEMENT OF IMMUNE RESPONSE OF PERIYONEAL MACROPHAGES OF MICE ACTIVATED BY S-O2-1 BACTERIAL VACCINE
【摘要】 本文研究了小鼠巨噬细胞受S-O2-1菌苗激活后的免疫增强效应.不同种鼠的小腹腔巨噬细胞均可被S-O2-1菌苗激活,并能使其增殖,体积增大.激活后的巨噬细胞的亚微结构变化显著,细胞突起增多,表面积增加,线粒体及溶酶体增多,吞噬功能增强;细胞内溶菌酶、酸性磷酸酶及非特异性脂酶的活性明显增加.结果表明,S-O2-1菌苗能增强小鼠巨噬细胞的免疫功能.
【Abstract】 Macrophages play an important role in the immune response both in vivo and vitro. This paper reported the changes of cell morphology, physiology and enzymic activities of macrophages after their activation by the S-O2-1 vaccine. There was a marked increase in size and number of macrophages following an injection of the vaccine. Besides, the surface of activated macrophages became prominently ruffled by the formation of numerous microvilli and pseudopodia. There were also an increase of the number of mitochondria and lysozyme in the cytoplasm. The enzymic activities of APC, lysozyme, ANAE and phagocytosis were also greatly enhanced. It was suggested that all these changes were closely connected with the antitumor activity of S-O2-l vaccine.
