双向负阻晶体管的高频和脉冲运用
High-Frequency and Pulse Operation of Bidirectional Negativ Resistance Transistor
【摘要】 本文从双向负阻晶体管(BNRT)的等效电路出发,导出了BNRT的工作模式。给出了BNRT的直流参数以及高频和脉冲性能的测量结果,提出了BNRT组合运用的基本电路。初步应用表明,BNRT是一种优良的低压高速器件,它不仅可以独立构成许多独特的高频和脉冲电路,而且容易同大多数现有高速半导体器件匹配运用。BNRT的出现,为脉冲电路和系统的设计,提供了一种新的高速开关器件,大大增加了电路设计的灵活性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the operation modes of the BNRT have been derived from its equivalent circuit. The DC parameters and measurement results of high-frequency and pulse performances for the BNRT are given Basic circuits with regard to the composite operation of BNRT’S are presented. The primary applications demonstrate that the BNRT is an excellent low-voltage, high-speed switching device. It can be used not only independently to constitute many unique high-frequency and pulse circuits, but also easily to match with most of the high-speed somiconductor devices available at present. The invention of the BNRT has provided a new selective high-speol switching device for pulse circuit and system, thus greatly increasing the flexibility of the design of circuits.
