铝及铝合金电解着色膜的色度研究
The Chromaticity of Electrolytic Colouring Anodic Coating of Aluminium and Its Alloys
【摘要】 <正> 一引言近年来,我们对铝及铝合金的光学功能氧化膜进行了一系列的研究工作。电解着色可赋予铝的氧化膜特定的色调、吸收率和反射率。然而对于这些光学特性的专门研究,尤其是色度学的研究却为数寥寥。一般文献中提及的色差(△E),虽然反映人眼对颜色的知觉,但由于它是一个综合数据,不能仅由色差值说明色差的原因,即两种颜色的色度学特性究竟有什么差别,这些差别是如何造成的,如何减小或控制色差,我们对铝的电解着色膜进行色度学研究,正是为了探索着色规律和显色机理。由于机理研究的复杂性,尚包括多种研究方法及试验内容(如着色粒子的沉积机理,膜层的微观结构等),本文暂不涉及,仅就电解着色膜的色度研究结果予以讨论。
【Abstract】 The chromaticity of electrolytic colouring anodic coating of aluminium was studied. The results show that the dominant wavelength of colour obtained by two-step colouring changes not obviously while that obtained by interference colouring in an electrolyte contained the same metallic ion changes more. The colour saturation of film obtained by electrolytic colouring usually is Iow, especially with the interference colouring film. An outstanding advantage of electrolyric colouring is that the brightness of colour can be conveniently changed in a wide range. Therefore the dark-and-light of colour can be controlled.
