【摘要】 本文介绍了我们研制的DHY20型氦液化器的流程、结构、性能、计算、外节流部分和试验结果等。它是带单阀膨胀机,有液氮预冷和J-T膨胀的克劳特循环系统,产量为20升/时.膨胀机为进气有阀、排气无阀的短活塞型。主换热器是汉普逊型螺纹管换热器。向用户提供的五台氦液化器的调试结果表明,其设计合理,性能达到设计指标。用户提供的使用报告证明,DHY20型氦液化器性能稳定.工作可靠.操作简便,维护容易,是一种较实用的中、小型氦液化设备。更多还原

【Abstract】 The schematic diagram,cons true ture,performance,calaulation,external throttle,and test results of model DHY 20 helium liguefier are described.The helium liguefier is a Claude system,with liguidnitrogen precooling,one expansion without the exhaust valve,and Joule-Thomson expansion,20 litre hour is produced.The expansion engine which has a inlet valve without exhaust valve,is a short piston engine.The main heat exchangers are Hampson spiral exchangers.Five helium liguefiers have been supplied to users,The test results illustrate that the design performances have been practised.Reports from users say that the helium liguefier is a rugged and reliable system,has a simple operations and easy services.And it is a moreapplicable middleesmall eguipment of helium liguefaction.更多还原
