【摘要】 本文介绍了我们研制的PLHe5250型单阀膨胀机的结构、性能及调试结果。膨胀机的气缸直经为φ52毫米,活塞行程为50毫米,不锈钢短活塞在氮化不锈钢气缸里往复运动的速率为700～800转/分。膨胀机的进排气过程由活塞控制。我们已经向使用单位提供了2台膨胀机,将它们装在CHY20型氦液化器上,其液氦产量大于20升/时。用户提供的使用报告说明,膨胀机设计合理、结构紧凑、工作可靠、性能稳定、操作简便。更多还原

【Abstract】 The performace,structure and test results of type PLHe5250 helium expansiom engine without exhaust valve are described.The expansion engine has a 52mm diameter and a 50mm piston stroke.The stainless steel short piston of the engine reciprocates about 700 to 800 strokes per minute in cylinder which is made of nit-rided stainless steel.The inlet and outlet are controlled by the piston.Two expansion engines have been supplied to users installed in the type CHY 20 helium liquifiers to replace the outmoded loner piston dual valve expansion engine.The production of liquid helium was over 20 1/hr.Reports from users affirm the successful design,compact structure,working reliability,steady performance and simple operations of the installed type PLHe5250 expansion engines.更多还原
