青鱼Mylopharygodon piceus出血病的初步研究
VIRAL HEMORRHAGIC DISEASE OF BLACK CARP (MYLOPHARYNGODON PICEUS)
【摘要】 青鱼出血病是危害青色最严重的疾病之一,尤以二龄为甚。通过人工注射免疫后,可使青鱼的成活率由原来20%左右提高至60—90%,个别的可达98.98%。通过病鱼肾脏组织超薄切片电镜观察,首次发现病毒颗粒(直径为50—56毫微米)的存在,经0.15微米孔径的滤膜过滤的病原悬液可反复在鱼体内传3—4代,使健康鱼发病。因此,认为青鱼出血病是病毒引起的疾病。
【Abstract】 The black carp is one of the commercially important freshwater farming fish in China. Among diseases, the most serious damage to the 2-year fingerlings of black carp is the hemorrhagic disease. This disease has been epidemic mainly in Jiangsu, Zhejiang provinces and the surburb of Shanghai.The incidence of this disease becomes serious when the water temperature is 28℃-33℃. Usually, the survival rate of fingerlings of black carp is about 20%. We have carried out research work on this disease since 1980.The symptoms are dark in color onbody and fins, some various degree of hemorrhage on body surface and on different interior organs. The clinical signs of artificial infection is similar to the natural diseased fish. Pathologic examination of kidney tissue shows different degrees of destruction, in which virus particles are obviously observed, concentrating or dispersing in haemapoietic cytoplasm. The virus particle is spherical. Its diameter is ranging from 50-56nrn. The thickness of an outer coat is about 16nm.The experimental immunization practised for three years reveals that the survival rate is remarkably raised to 60-90%. The effect is quite stable (Table 2).
