【摘要】 制备了名义组分为SrxY1-xCuO3(0.050<x<0.550)的多晶系列样品,测定了5—280K温度区间的电阻一温度关系,获得超导零电阻温度Tc(ρ=0)=91K,研究了组分、热处理温度和时间对超导电性的影响,结果表明超导Sr-Y-Cu-O化合物的生成条件较为苛刻。

【Abstract】 Samples with nominal compositions SrxY1-xCuO3(0.050<x<0.550) were prepared. The temperature dependence of resistance were measured. The highest transition temperature was observed in Sr0.4Y0.6CuO3 which has Tc(onset) =100K, Tc(mid) = 93 K, Tc(p=0) = 91K. The relations between superconductivity and compositions as well as sintering temperatures were studied in detail. It was observed that the transition temperature Tc of the superconductor is increased from Tc(p = 0) =70.5 K (x=0.150) to Tc(p=0)=91K (x=0.400) with x values, then decreased to Tc(p= 0) = 74 K at x= 0.500 under same sintering conditions. The experai-mental result shows that sintering temperature affects dramatically on superconductivity in the system.
