高T_c Y-Ba-Cu氧化物超导体系的半导体相转变
SEMICONDUCTING PHASE TRANSFORMATION IN HIGH-T_c SUPERCONDUCTIVITY OF Y-Ba-Cu OXIDES
【摘要】 本文研究高T_cY-Ba-Cu氧化物超导样品中半导体相,把它与超导相的扫描X射线能谱相比较,发现半导体相缺钡。控制退火温度,气氛和偏析等手段,使含半导体相较多的样品表层Ba的比例接近超导相比例,在样品表层形成超导层,实现半导体相向超导相转变。
【Abstract】 We have investigated the semiconducting phase in high-Tc superconductivity of Y-Ba-Cu oxides. X-ray analyses (EDS) were performed on the samples with semiconducting behavior. It was found that the semiconducting phase is a compound with a lower Ba content comparing with the stoichiotric composition of superconducting phase. Controling the addtional anneling temperature, gaseous phase and segregation, it is possible to change the semiconducting phase into the superconducting phase near the surface layer of the sample when the Ba content approaches to stoichionetry of the surerconductivity.
